Scott Golf Return Policy :  25% Refund on Unused Sets, No Refund on Used Orders

Scott Golf clubs are custom-built to match each golfer’s exact specifications, ensuring optimal performance, feel, and consistency on the course. Because every set is built specifically for the individual player, all sales are considered final once the order is completed.

Each custom set is assembled through a one-time build process, based on the precise loft, lie, shaft, and configuration selected by the customer. This personalized approach guarantees that every club is crafted to fit the golfer’s swing and playing style.

Unused custom-built sets may be returned for a 25% refund of the purchase price, provided the clubs have not been used and remain in original condition. This allows customers a limited return option if circumstances change before the clubs are put into play.

However, if the clubs have been used or show signs of play, they are not eligible for a refund. Due to the custom nature of each build, no exceptions can be made once the clubs have been used.
